Fee maths: There is no annual fee to recover, so value depends only on how much of your spend lands in rewarded categories. On our 6 profiles it nets from ₹519 (first card, light spender) to ₹7,800 (frequent flyer), equal to 0.2% to 0.4% of spend across the profiles.

After fees and caps, best-case redemption. Use your own spend.

Our take: Offered only to Federal Bank customers who meet a relationship test (for example an average balance of ₹10 lakh, or a net monthly salary credit of ₹2 lakh or more). Fees are nil for customers onboarded from 3 April 2023; Federal's MITC gives ₹3,000 for earlier customers and states no end date for the nil-fee terms. Earn is 3 points per ₹100 on travel and international spends, 2 on dining and 1 elsewhere, and Federal's MITC states that a point is worth ₹0.25 (₹0.10 if credited to the card as cash), so the base return is 0.25%. Redemption costs ₹99. Fuel, rent, wallet loads and cash earn nothing, insurance earns up to 250 points a month, and lounge access is two domestic visits a quarter on ₹60,000 of spend and two international visits a year.

Point value: ₹0.25 per Federal Reward Point, officially confirmed: Federal MITC (07-09-2026) clause 6(f): "Each Federal Reward Point is valued at ₹0.25." Clause 6(g): "Redemption of Reward Points towards 'Cash' to the Card Account will be computed at 10 paise per point" (so statement-credit redemption is worth only ₹0.10). Redemption fee: "₹99/- per redemption request (NIL for VALUEMAX variant)" (MITC schedule of other charges). 0.25 applies to catalogue/voucher redemption; from 15 Jul 2026 a minimum balance of 500 points is required to redeem (rewards site banner).
