How to read this ranking
Only cards with no annual or joining fee, and a published minimum income that fits the profile, are included, so the comparison is about earn rates and conditions. Scapia (Federal) leads at ₹7,680: 10% Scapia Coins (about 2% at ₹0.20 a coin) on most eligible spends on the Visa card, with no earning cap stated; fuel, rent, utilities and international spend earn nothing. Coins can be redeemed only on flights, hotels in the Scapia app and selected Scapia Store items, not as cash, so the figure is worth that much only if you book travel there. The RuPay edition earns only 5% (about 1%), which would halve the figure.
Amazon Pay ICICI is second at ₹4,056: it pays about 1% here because the persona has no Amazon spend, where its 5% for Prime members applies; a profile with regular Amazon spend would reorder this list. EazyDiner IndusInd is third at ₹3,220, and about half of that (₹1,600) is a quarterly milestone of 2,000 points on ₹30,000 of spend, stated only on the issuer's page text and valued at ₹0.20 a point; its base earn is 2 points per ₹100 (0.4%). IDFC FIRST Millennia is fourth at ₹1,935: 1.5 points per ₹100 on most spends (about 0.4% at ₹0.25 a point), 5 on dining, and 0.5 on utilities; its page also shows a ₹199 line next to its UPI offer that we could not place, so check its fee table. Kiwi and Jupiter Edge+ are left out of this list because their best rates depend on paying through their own UPI apps; the RuPay list is the only one that includes them, with a warning. Re-read the issuer's fee schedule before applying, as some zero-fee offers are limited-period.
Figures come from the issuers' own terms as recorded on each card page (sources and check dates are listed there). Estimates, not offers.
