What the numbers show: Cashback SBI Card leads this list at ₹15,000 a year on amazon after its share of the fee (₹19,968 net on the whole profile), essentially level with Swiggy BLCK HDFC Bank (within ₹0), so treat the order as a tie. This list is ranked on that category only, not on the whole profile.

How to read this ranking

Four cards tie at about ₹15,000 a year on ₹25,000 a month of Amazon spend, because each pays 5% (₹1,250 a month) and none caps below that: SBI Cashback (5% on all online spends, ₹2,000 a month cap since 1 April 2026), the two Swiggy HDFC cards (5% on Amazon, shared ₹1,500 monthly cap) and Amazon Pay ICICI (5% for Prime members, uncapped). The page orders the four by what the rest of the persona earns (₹5,000 other online, ₹4,000 groceries, ₹6,000 other), so the order says nothing about Amazon itself; what separates them is the fee (Amazon Pay ICICI is free for life; SBI Cashback, Swiggy BLCK and Swiggy ORNGE charge ₹999, ₹1,000 and ₹500, all waived at this persona's ₹4.8 lakh yearly spend) and the conditions.

Two conditions matter most. Amazon Pay ICICI pays only 3% without Prime, which would drop its Amazon earnings to about ₹9,000 on this profile. And SBI Cashback and the Swiggy cards share their caps across all other online spending, so a household that also shops elsewhere online can hit the cap. HDFC Millennia pays 5% too, but its cap of 1,000 CashPoints a month is shared across ten named merchants, so ₹25,000 × 5% = ₹1,250 is cut to ₹1,000, which is why it ranks below. Jupiter Edge+ pays 10% in Jewels but caps it at 3,000 Jewels (₹600) a month on Amazon, so it earns about ₹9,480 here.

Figures come from the issuers' own terms as recorded on each card page (sources and check dates are listed there). Estimates, not offers.
